KYC Policy

Thank you for choosing Zenfinex as your broker. In line with regulatory requirements to complete the account application process, we would require you to send in the following documents.  

  • A copy of a valid photographic ID displaying Your full name, date of birth, signature, issue and expiry dates: 
  • Passport; 
  • ID card or equivalent document in your jurisdiction; 
  • Driving licence.  
  • A proof of address document within the last 3 months of the issue date displaying Your full name, current address and issue date: 
  • A bank account statement (any sensitive information can be blanked); 
  • Credit card statement (card number is to be blanked out for security reasons); 
  • A utility bill (including: gas, water, electricity, telephone landline, oil, cable/ TV licence); 
  • Council tax bill or registration certificate within 3 months of the issue date. 
  • Depending on your jurisdiction we might ask you for two or more of the documents listed above in order to comply with AML regulations. 

Please note that any copies must be of good quality and clear to read and display all the information required. Kindly note that online statements/bills and mobile phone bills are NOT acceptable. 

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The customer can deposit using any available method accepted by Zenfinex. We only accept deposits from an account in the same name as the customer and never from third parties.  

The customer can withdraw the available funds from his trading account or close the account anytime, provided that the beneficiary of the withdrawal must be the customer himself. Withdrawal from a third party is not accepted to ensure the safety of clients’ funds.
